Handover and Working Meeting of HIMAKI 2025 Aksara Cabinet

On Saturday, February 22, 2025, HIMAKI (Chemistry Student Association) Universitas Airlangga held an online handover of positions (sertijab) through Zoom to welcome the new management of the Asa Aksara HIMAKI 2025 Cabinet. The event was attended by all HIMAKI administrators, consisting of 9 internal divisions, namely BPI, Orseni, Alumni, Sosma, PSDM, Hublu, Diklar, Infokom, EPS, and one external, namely DPMK, and became an important moment in the transition of management.
The event began with remarks from the MC, followed by a prayer and singing the HIMAKI Mars.

Prof. Mochammad Zakki Fahmi, Head of the Department of Chemistry, gave a speech, which was followed by remarks from the Head of DPMK. Then, each division presented its year-end report, including the work programs that had been carried out along with the benchmarks of success, which became evaluation material for the new management.

The highlight of the handover ceremony was the handover of the position from the previous Chairman of HIMAKI, Muhammad Reza Syah Fahlefi from Chemistry Class of 2022, to Muhammad Evan Maulana Zaki from Chemistry Class of 2023. This handover was accompanied by a prayer together and the wearing of a HIMAKI jacket as a sign of handover. The event was closed with a prayer and singing of the HIMAKI Mars and a joint documentation session.

A month later, on Saturday, March 15, 2025, the Asa Aksara Cabinet of HIMAKI held its first Work Meeting at GKB 4.09, Campus C Mulyorejo. The meeting, which was attended by all HIMAKI members, aimed to discuss and arrange the work program of the HIMAKI management for the next year.
The meeting began with remarks from the MC, Shafira and Arsanda, as well as a prayer together and singing the HIMAKI Mars.

The Chairman of HIMAKI 2025, Muhammad Evan Maulana Zaki, gave a speech, and each division introduced its work program, which aims to bring HIMAKI to progress and success. The meeting continued with a fun ice breaking session, where divisions competed in games that strengthened relationships between participants and were followed by a break and prayer.
After the break, the meeting resumed with a discussion of the budget and the management timeline to ensure the smooth implementation of the work program that has been prepared.

The meeting was closed with a prayer together and the singing of the HIMAKI Mars, ending with a documentation session to capture the moment of the first working meeting of the HIMAKI management of the Asa Aksara 2025 cabinet.
