UNAIR Chemistry Department Successfully Holds Webinar Titled “BIOSENSOR: Diagnostic and Prognosis Nowadays”

Webinar News – The Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Airlangga through the master of chemistry study program Decota Program Chemo-sensor and Bio-sensor held a webinar entitled “BIOSENSOR: Diagnostic and Prognosis Nowadays”.
“BIOSENSOR: Diagnostic and Prognosis Nowadays” which was held on Saturday (23/4) at 09.00 WIB GMT+7 will provide an understanding of the uses, utilization and innovation of biosensors in the coming era.
The webinar, which is hosted by moderators representing the Health program Alsya (UNAIR Chemistry Student, and Yanuardi Raharjo, Ph. D, will present competent speakers in their fields such as Dr. rer. nat GANDEN SUPRIYANTO who is a lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Airlangga and Dr. KHOR SOOK MEI from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Malaya.
In the first session of the webinar Dr. rer. nat GANDEN SUPRIYANTO presented material that provided an understanding of “Nanogold Lateral Flow Immunoassay for disease detection”.

In the second session of the webinar, Dr. KHOR SOOK MEI presented material explaining the use of other biosensors, namely “Microfluidic Paper-Based Biosensors for Early Diagnosis and Prognosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction”.
